M&M’S
M&M’s
“Melts in your mouth but, not in your hand!”
What is it? It’s M&M’s candies of course! You know, those colorful little hard-shelled chocolate morsels that can put a smile on any face. Moms loved the clean hands and kids loved the sweet treats!
Know what the “M’s” stand for? They represent the founders and creators of the scrumptious chocolate bits. Forest E. Mars Sr. & Bruce Murrie, son of Hershey’s Chocolate president William F. R. Murrie.
Created in 1941, the colorful snack grew in popularity and eventually advertising geniuses birthed the crunchy morsels into a family of dancing and singing robust characters who were soon to be attached to candy dispensers, telephones, radios, mugs, and anything else that might be sold using the M&M’s concept. You will truly enjoy our M&M exhibit!
